Quick and Effective 20-Minute Workout Routine

Warm-Up (3 minutes):

  1. Jumping Jacks – 1 minute

  2. High Knees – 1 minute

  3. Arm Circles – 1 minute

Workout (15 minutes):

  1. Bodyweight Squats – 3 sets of 15 reps

  2. Push-Ups – 3 sets of 10 reps

  3. Lunges – 3 sets of 10 reps (each leg)

  4. Plank – 3 sets of 30 seconds

  5. Mountain Climbers – 3 sets of 20 reps (each leg)
